Carolene was very helpful with me acquiring property while I was located in another state. She viewed prospective properties and on one worth viewing, she would video conference me in for a walk through. She also provided information on the neighbourhoods as she drove through.

We had found a few houses that looked interesting to us and we wanted to see. While we were out I received an email about another one that had just come back on the market. She made the call and had us in the house inside an hour. We ended up falling in love with it and putting in an offer. Caroline walked us through the entire process of buying our house.
